Fire Safety Fire season in this area is real, and conditions can change quickly. Fire restrictions may be in place at any time Wood-burning campfires may be limited or not allowed during high fire danger We strongly encourage propane fire pits, as they are often permitted when wood fires are not Never leave a fire unattended Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to sleep Please follow all posted signage and current local fire restrictions during your stay. Hunting, Firearms & Safety This area is a popular destination for hunters, and we respect responsible outdoor use. No discharging of firearms within the campground All firearms must be handled and stored safely Always follow California laws and safe practices Respect the Land Help us keep Hawk’s Nest beautiful for future guests: Do not feed wildlife Store food securely Leave no trace Do not damage trees or natural features Quiet Hours & Guest Respect Please respect quiet hours and fellow guests No parties or large gatherings Be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings Vehicles & Campsites Drive slowly throughout the park Park only in designated areas Do not block roads or other sites No off-road driving within the property Pets Pets are welcome but must be under control at all times and on leash Clean up after your pets Do not leave pets unattended Outdoor Environment & Safety Hawk’s Nest is a natural, outdoor setting. Guests may encounter uneven terrain, wildlife, changing weather, and other natural elements. By staying with us, guests acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. Personal Property Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hawk’s Nest is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Liability Acknowledgment By booking or staying at Hawk’s Nest RV Park & Cabins, guests agree to release and hold harmless the property owners and operators from any liability related to their stay. Agreement to Rules By completing a reservation and staying on the property, guests agree to follow all Rules & Guidelines. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
